Our helpful sales manager Heilin Reimand is always ready to assist you and answer any questions you may have. She will guide you through all the details of the transaction, coordinate communication with the developer and builder, prepare all necessary documents, and arrange the apartment inspection and notary appointment for signing the contract.

Choose the apartment from the website that you like the most, explore the building and apartments, and read the construction information and interior finishing package descriptions.

Once you've found a suitable apartment, submit an inquiry through the project website or contact the sales manager to reserve it. The apartment can be reserved verbally for up to two weeks free of charge. A longer-term reservation agreement can be made by special arrangement, which includes a reservation fee.

If you’re financing the purchase with a bank loan, contact your bank or ask the project’s sales manager to forward your details to our partner banks, who will then get in touch with you.

Choose a suitable interior design package on the website. Based on your selections, the sales manager will prepare a notarized preliminary purchase agreement with all attachments.

The notarized preliminary purchase agreement is signed. Upon signing, a payment of 15% of the apartment price must be made to the seller (10% if guaranteed by KredEx).

Once the apartment is completed, a notarized legal purchase agreement will be signed, making you the official owner. Before signing, you will inspect the apartment together with the developer, review the installed solutions and equipment, and ensure all works meet the agreed standards. Before signing, the full purchase amount must be transferred to the notary’s escrow account. If you are financing the purchase through a bank, a bank representative must also attend the signing.

After the notarized legal agreement is signed, the apartment will be handed over to you. You’ll receive a full key set, maintenance and user manuals, and utility meter readings will be recorded. After that, there’s nothing left but to move in and enjoy your new home!

The apartment price includes:

  • Interior finishing according to the selected package
  • Connection fees for electricity, water supply, sewage, and central heating
  • Readiness for ordering telecommunications services

The apartment price does not include:

  • Notary and state fees related to signing the purchase agreement (paid by the buyer)
  • Connection to telephone, data, and cable TV networks
  • Kitchen furniture, kitchen appliances, and other furnishings

Sales Warranty

  • The guarantee period starts from the moment the possession of the apartment is transferred to the buyer. In the case of a transfer of possession before the building has been granted a building occupancy permit, the guarantee expires two years after the building occupancy permit is issued.
  • The warranty covers construction work, materials used, and installed equipment.
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by natural wear and tear or work done after handover.
  • Defects that prevent normal use of the apartment will be remedied as soon as possible; all other defects will be resolved by the end of the warranty period.
  • A two-year sales warranty applies to each apartment, during which the developer will carry out necessary repairs under warranty at their own expense.
